Clear expectations for how we work together.
Payment Terms
All work is prepaid before each cycle begins. For ongoing work, we bill per cycle (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) with payment due at the start of each cycle. Engagements require a $10k minimum commitment, which can be paid over time through cycles.
Payment Clearance
We start work only after payment has cleared and is deposited in our bank, since some payment methods can take several business days to transfer and settle.
Cycle Kickoff Timing
We schedule a cycle kickoff only after funds are fully received and deposited. The cycle begins after both sides confirm a kickoff meeting time.
Transactional Meetings
We only meet when there is a clear agenda and a concrete outcome.
Pricing Model
We never bill hourly. Minimum engagement commitment is $10k. For weekly cycles, that is a 10-week minimum at $1k per cycle; for bi-weekly cycles, a 5-cycle minimum at $2k per cycle; for monthly cycles, a 3-cycle minimum at $4k per cycle.
Compensation Structure
We do not accept equity-only compensation. Engagements are paid in cash per the terms above; equity can be discussed only as an add-on.
